Puzzle No. 31: "Rumpus" (by Brian Herrick)

Guest puz today from Brian Herrick, who's made a bunch of puzzles I've really enjoyed and, perhaps more importantly, is one of the kindest/most positive people on Crossword Twitter™ (give him a follow here for good puzzle vibes). Very excited to have him stop by!

Elsewhere, I've got this weekend’s Spyscape crossword with Cece Garcia! Play it online here. It's Cece’s world puzzle debut, so show her some love on Twitter @CecileGarcia after you give it a go.

Happy solving,

From Brian: "A few months back, Matthew offered to host a puzzle of mine. It just so happened that I had a happy little puzzle that needed a home, and here we are!

This isn't the most challenging or creative or innovative puzzle. It's, I hope, a fun variation on a tried and true theme. I hope it gives you a few minutes of much needed distraction. I find crossword puzzles are perfect for that!

Thanks to Matthew for hosting and for alerting me to the ableism of one of my original pieces of fill. I removed it from this puzzle. My word list (and puzzles) will be better for it.

Happy (and successful) solving!
