Little-ish Puzzle

Was chatting with Paolo recently when he casually dropped 19-Across in our convo. I had never heard of it, but it sounded puzzle worthy, so I put it in a puzzle! If you learn something new this week and you construct yourself, I highly recommend this approach.

Elsewhere in puzzles, Quiara Vasquez and I teamed up for today's USA Today puzzle, "Center Cut." It's the first published puzzle with lef- mirror symmetry for either of us, and we're big fans of it! I also made yesterday's Universal 21x21 Sunday —download here (pdf/puz) if you're game for a super-sized solve.
