Cinnamon Roll No. 1

Updated: Mar 9, 2021

Recently, puzzler extraordinaire Eric Berlin debuted a new puzzle variety in the New York Times called "Jelly Roll." I enjoyed solving it so much that I decided to try my hand at making one (just with a slightly different name, since I've never had a jelly roll before myself). I'm excited to share it here as my site's first variety puzzle!

To solve, download the pdf here.

Many, many thanks to Rachel Fabi for test solving — if you give it a go, I'd love to hear your thoughts, too! I'm especially interested in how it played difficulty-wise and whether you'd enjoy seeing more of this variety here in the future. Happy solving!
