I seeded this little puzzle with 25-Across — if you're not aware, the National Women's Hockey League is currently playing a condensed regular season + playoffs in a bubble in Lake Placid, NY, and every game is streaming live on Twitch. Support women's sports and tune in sometime this week!
Two NWHL players I'd be remiss if I didn't shout out are my good friend from college, Mallory Souliotis (Boston Pride #47), and fellow Yalie Saroya Tinker (Metropolitan Riveters #71). Saroya also raises money for a charity called Black Girl Hockey Club, which you can learn about and support here.
