It's Indigenous Peoples' Day, which means it's an especially good day to reflect on how Native history and culture is appropriated, ignored and erased in the U.S. If you're a crossword constructor reading this post, please remove harmful language from your wordlist and consider taking time today to add indigenous tribes, authors and other vocabulary.
